SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS

14 to 16 chicken wings
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. catsup
1 egg

Cut the tips off the chicken wings. Dip wings in
cornstarch, then in beaten egg and garlic salt. Brown in oil.
Mix remaining ingredients together to make sauce. Place wings
in baking dish and pour sauce over wings. Bake 40 minutes at
350 degrees.
