CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS|
4 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut wings at joints and discard
tips. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan and cook
for 5 minutes over medium heat. Cool slightly. Place wings in
shallow baking dish. Brush with sauce. Bake 1 hour and 45
minutes. Turn occasionally and brush with sauce. (I pour all
sauce on to begin with.)
