4 center cut pork chops
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of
mushroom soup

Trim fat from chops. Brown chops over medium heat in
wide frying pan with a little grease added. Sprinkle with
pepper; brown on both sides. Remove from pan. Add mushrooms
to pan and cook until slightly browned. Stir in soup. Arrange
chops in sauce. Cook covered 30 minutes over low-medium heat.
