HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

2 lb. frozen hash browns,
thawed
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted margarine

Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup melted margarine, salt,
pepper, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream. Place in greased 9
x 13-inch baking pan. Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted
margarine. Spread over top. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
This can be made a day ahead and baked the next day.
