1 pkg. instant Roman noodles
1/2 whole head cabbage, finely
2 stalks green onions
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
2 Tbsp. toasted almonds,
chopped or sliced
1 or 3 breasts of chicken,
1/2 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Oriental rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
Chop up cabbage and onions fine and add remaining
ingredients except the Roman noodles. Then add dressing and
mix well. Crush noodles by hand and put on top just before
serving to prevent getting too soggy.
