CABBAGE SOUP

1 small head cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) can low salt
tomatoes
46 oz. can low salt tomato
juice
4 c. water
1 tsp. lite salt
dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients in pot, bring to boil, then
simmer one hour and serve. Add meat if you like.
