COLD KOHLRABI SALAD

For those of you who don't know what a Kohlrabi is, it
looks and tastes like a turnip, grows in green and purple
colors. Bill likes them and grew some in his garden when no one
here knew what he was talking about. He likes them cooked or
raw, peeled with salt.

1 lb. shredded or matchstick
cut kohlrabi
1 carrot, shredded or
matchstick cut
1/4 c. white or cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
Toss all the ingredients together and refrigerate them
for at least an hour before serving. Toss again just before
serving. Serves 4.
