1 head broccoli, chopped
10 to 12 slices bacon
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
Fry bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces.
Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and raisins in large bowl.
Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over
broccoli salad. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
