DUTCH PEA SOUP|
4 oz. link sausages
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can (1 1/4 c.) condensed
green pea soup
1 soup can water
Cut sausages into 1-inch slices. Brown well. Add the
onion and celery. Cook until tender, covering pan, if neces-
sary. Blend in the soup, then the water and heat thoroughly.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
