CINNAMON CREAM SYRUP

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. evaporated milk

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water
and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring
constantly. Continue cooking and stirring for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in the
evaporated milk. Serve warm on pancakes, waffles or French
toast. Refrigerate any leftover syrup.
