THOUSAND ISLAND SALAD DRESSING|
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sweet
relish (or more)
1 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (less
if you desire)
1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Keep refrigerated
in a tightly closed jar. Keeps well for several weeks. This
may be adjusted to your own taste.
