2 Tbsp. margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (3 or 4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 to 2 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Melt margarine in frying pan. Add onions and garlic;
cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, pepper and salt. Cover
and cook over low heat until pepper is tender. Serve on top of
