CHUNKY CHICKEN SOUP|
2 to 3 c. diced, cooked
2 qt. chicken broth (can use
broth chicken was cooked in
plus 1 Tbsp. bouillon)
2 c. cooked rice
1 can carrots or 1 1/2 c. raw,
1 can peas or 1 small bag
Simmer for 2 hours on stove top or all day in a crock-
pot. Salt and pepper to taste.
