BROCCOLI CHEESE SAUCE

4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked and
drained

Melt margarine in saucepan, stir in flour and salt. Add
milk gradually, mixing until smooth. Cook until mixture boils,
stirring constantly. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Arrange
broccoli in casserole. Pour cheese sauce over and bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes.
