CINCINNATI SKYLINE CHILI

2 lb. ground beef
3 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. chili powder

Brown beef only enough to cook out most of fat and dip
it off. Chop beef as it cooks. Add remaining ingredients, mix
well and simmer 3 hours uncovered. Stir occasionally. Serve
with kidney beans, onions and cheese on top, any or all. Top
spaghetti with this chili and add any of the toppings or all of
them to make 3 way, 4 way or 5 way. Can be used to top hot
dogs in a bun for a great coney.
