CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD|
12 c. cooked chicken, cut up
3 cans bamboo shoots (5 oz.)
3 cans water chestnuts
6 cans Mandarin oranges,
3 c. slivered almonds
6 Tbsp. dehydrated onion,
6 c. mayonnaise
6 cans Chinese noodles
Combine all ingredients except Chinese noodles; chill.
Serve on Chinese noodles. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
