DATIL PEPPER SAUCE|
1 qt. datil peppers
4 cloves garlic or more
5 large onions
1 box astor pickling spice
Blend peppers, garlic, onions and spice in blender until pureed.
1 gal. catsup
1 small bottle Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. salt
1 small bottle ReaLemon
1 stick real butter
Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Should make 6 quarts. For
those who don't like it quite so hot use 1 pint of datil peppers.
