1 small jar marinated
artichoke hearts, chopped
4 medium cloves garlic,
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped black
1/2 c. (6 oz. can) shrimp
tsp. oregano or to taste
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped green
olives plus pimento from
marinade liquid from jar of
1/4 c. green olive liquid
1/4 c. salad oil (more or
1/4 c. mayonnaise (optional)
Cook pasta and cool. Add artichoke hearts to which has
had cloves of garlic added the night before. Add remaining
Dressing: Mix ingredients. Add oil to salad as de-
sired; consistency to taste.
