CHOCOLATE SAUCE

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chocolate (dry)
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt

Sift dry ingredients into 1 quart saucepan. Stir in
water until smooth. Heat until boiling. Boil 1 to 2 minutes
(1 minute equals thin, 2 minutes equals thick). Cool and store
in closed container in refrigerator. This sauce is good for
chocolate milk, ice cream or any way you use store bought
sauce.
