WEIGHT WATCHERS CABBAGE SOUP|
6 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 large cans tomatoes, crushed
1 large can water
2 pkg. Weight Watchers beef
broth and seasoning mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
12 oz. club soda (optional)
Cook cabbage and celery until tender in a cup of water
or two. Add remaining ingredients, except club soda. Simmer
for 1 hour. Add soda just before serving.
For thicker soup, grate or chop finely 3 cups of the
cabbage and shred the other 3.
