1 bunch collard greens
1 medium cabbage
1 medium onion
4 medium potatoes
1 can navy beans
2 lb. beef short ribs
3 qt. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Rinse collard greens in hot water. Cut greens and
cabbage into strips. Dice potatoes and onion (big cubes). Put
in 3 quarts water and bring to a boil. Add meat, beans and
remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat 1 1/2 hours.
