6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan

In large skillet or saucepan, melt butter. Add cream
and nutmeg. Boil rapidly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese. Keep warm until ready to use.
