1 pkg. cranberries
2 small pkg. cherry jello
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple,
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced celery
1 c. halved white grapes
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia
1 (13 oz.) large jar
Boil cranberries in 3/4 cup water for 5 minutes. In
same pan add sugar and jello. Mix in pineapple, nuts, celery,
white grapes and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Let gel. (Can
substitute raspberry or strawberry jello). Whip topping
ingredients together and pour over cranberry salad. Enjoy.
