salt and garlic powder to
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground beef, browned,
drained and cooled
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 bunch green onions,
1/2 c. hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 c. slightly crushed taco
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Thousand Island dressing
Mix salt, garlic powder and chili powder with ground
beef. Place all ingredients, except Thousand Island dressing
and hot sauce in a large bowl. Add meat; toss gently. Add a
few drops of hot sauce to Thousand Island dressing to taste.
Serve salad with dressing.
