CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice 1 c. mini marshmallows 3 c. chopped apples, not peeled 1 c. dry roasted peanuts Mix dry pudding, Cool Whip and pineapple and juice until well blended.
