1 large head lettuce, torn
into small pieces
1 (16 oz.) can hearts of palm,
drained and thinly sliced
2 avocados, cut into cubes
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground black pepper

Place the lettuce, hearts of palm and avocados in a
salad bowl. Combine the vinegar, salt and pepper and toss the
salad gently with the dressing.
