3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. dry thyme, crushed
8 oz. fresh spinach, torn
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans,
1/2 c. sliced radishes
6 strips bacon, fried crisp

In a screw top jar combine first 8 ingredients. Cover
and shake well. In a large bowl, combine spinach, garbanzo
beans, radishes and crumbled bacon. Shake dressing and pour
over salad, toss lightly to coat.
