BONELESS PORK ROAST SAUCE FOR GRILLING|
1 jar pineapple preserves
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Cook over low heat until preserves melt. Grill boneless
pork roast brushed with sauce. Continue basting roast until
meat thermometer registers 170 degrees, (or bake 325 degrees oven on rack.)
