3 jalapenos (for very hot)
2 jalapenos (for medium hot)
1 pt. tomatoes, canned
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. salt
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Turn on and off once or twice to achieve desired consistency.
Serve with chips or with Mexican food.
