LIME JELLO SALAD|
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 oz. box lime jello
1 3/4 c. mini marshmallows
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. drained, crushed
small Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Dissolve jello in boiling water; add marshmallows and
stir until melted. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until
smooth and add to jello. Stir in pineapple and let thicken
(about 1 1/2 hours) in refrigerator. Stir in Cool Whip and
nuts; let set.
