2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
6 slices bread
Beat eggs, sugar and flour together. Mix in crushed
pineapple. Pour mixture into a small (8 or 9-inch) square,
greased baking pan/dish. Cut bread into very small cubes and
mix with melted butter/margarine. Lay buttered bread cubes on
top of pineapple mixture. Do not mix bread into the pineapple
mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
