Accent 2 Tbsp. BV liquid (beef flavor) or Kitchen Bouquet Melt margarine in a large pan. Add BV liquid and flour and blend. Brown ground beef and drain. Add beef and warm water and begin to bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and continue to boil for a few minutes. Reduce heat and let simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
