BAKED POTATO SOUP|
2 large potatoes
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. green onions
3/4 c. evaporated milk
Boil potatoes until mushy. Meanwhile, saute onions in
butter. Add all ingredients to potatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
Add bacon, cheese and sour cream.
