2/3 box brown sugar
8 Tbsp. honey
8 Tbsp. maple syrup
4 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. hot mustard
12 oz. can beer
Mix all ingredients in order: brown sugar, honey, maple
syrup, mustard, hot mustard and beer (use only 6 ounces beer).
Stir until glaze begins to form a smooth, thick consistency.
If it becomes too thick, pour small quantities of remaining 6
ounces beer into glaze mixture periodically. Baste on ham.
