9 lasagna pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cottage cheese
3/4 jar Romano or Parmesan
2 eggs
9 slices Mozzarella cheese

Using a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Cook lasagna in
boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Brown ground beef
then add spaghetti sauce. Heat and set aside. Mix together
cheese and eggs. Separate Mozzarella cheese slices. Layer as
follows: 1/4 of meat sauce (spread in bottom of pan), 3 cooked
lasagna lengthwise, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 3 slices
cheese, 1/4 meat sauce, 3 lasagna lengthwise, 1/2 cheese
mixture, 3 slices cheese, 1/4 meat sauce, 3 lasagna, 3 slices
cheese; then remaining 1/4 meat sauce. Cover with foil and
bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be assembled in advance and baked
later. Leftovers freeze well.
