NEW YORK SPAGHETTI PIE|
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 can tomato paste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. sour cream
8 oz. spaghetti noodles
Cook sausage and tomato paste. Combine separately
cheese, sour cream and onion sauteed in butter. Boil noodles,
then drain. Add eggs to noodles. Layer spaghetti noodles,
sour cream mixture and sausage mixture. Top with Mozzarella
cheese (I use a lot of Mozzarella cheese). Bake at 350 degrees for
