GOULASH
(Serves 4 People)
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, diced
3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1 (17 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 tomato can water
1 1/2 c. macaroni

Fry hamburger, onions and salt until hamburger is done.
Be sure and stir hamburger so it is in small pieces. Do not
drain. Cut up the tomatoes and add to hamburger. Add water
and simmer 10 minutes. While cooking hamburger, cook macaroni
according to directions on box. When done, drain and rinse
under hot water 3 or 4 times. Do not combine before serving.
Place macaroni on dish and pour sauce over. Butter a slice of
bread and dip in your broth. It's not nice, but it is good.
