1 lb. bread dough, thawed
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. fried Italian sausage
Flatten dough like a pizza, only round. Sprinkle
ingredients on 1/2 of round. Fold and seal like a turnover.
Butter pan. Oil dough. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Use
spaghetti sauce over cooked calzone.
