STEAK AND GRAVY|
2 lb. steak (mock tender is
great), sirloin or top
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
Place serving size pieces of meat in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cover with the dry soup mix. Spoon soup onto each piece of
meat. Cover the whole thing with water until it stands about
1/2 inch deep in pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Serve with gravy.
