1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 small onion
1 small pepper
1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) stew tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans
1 can corn
5 carrots, sliced
6 medium potatoes, cut up
1 tsp. seasoning blend
1 stick oleo
2 c. water
Put oleo in big pot and melt. Add stew meat, onion,
green pepper, salt, seasoning blend and pepper until meat is
brown. Add 2 cups water, green beans, corn, sliced carrots,
cut up potatoes, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook for about 2
hours or until everything is tender.
