1/2 bell pepper
1 homemade or bottle
(optional) spaghetti sauce
16 slices cheese (Kraft
medium pkg. hamburger
any brand spaghetti pkg. mix
Brown hamburger in large skillet. Remove excess grease.
Place already prepared small cuts of bell peppers, onions and
spaghetti package mix in skillet. Cover and simmer for about 5
minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer while spaghetti is
preparing. Use a medium pan filled with half water, 1 table-
spoon butter and 1 teaspoon seasoning salt. Bring to a boil;
add spaghetti and remove from stove. Drain excess water. Add
spaghetti sauce and 3 slices cheese. Add prepared hamburger
and mix well. Add spaghetti sauce to desired mixture and place
remaining cheese slices on top. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with
New York garlic roll bread (frozen) and white dinner wine.
