CABBAGE PATCH STEW|
1 lb. ground round
1 small head cabbage
1 (No. 10) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 (No. 10) can Ranch Style
Chop cabbage into bite-size pieces and add to crock-pot.
Add the onions, celery, tomatoes and beans. Scramble the
ground meat into a hot skillet until done. Pour off fat. Add
ground meat to crock-pot. Add salt to taste. Cook slowly
until cabbage is tender. Serve with cornbread.
