STIR-N-ROLL PIZZA

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
pizza topping
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Measure flour, baking powder, salt,
milk and 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until
mixture leaves side of bowl. Gather dough together and press
into ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth.
Divide dough in half. On lightly floured cloth covered board,
roll each half into 13-inch circle. Place on pizza pan or
baking sheet. Turn up edge 1/2 inch and pinch or pleat. Brush
circles with 2 tablespoons salad oil. Layer pizza toppings on
circles in order listed. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into
wedges to serve.

Pizza Toppings:
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
cheese
Ground Beef Pizza: Before adding Mozzarella cheese
sprinkle 1 pound ground beef, browned, on circles.
Pepperoni Pizza: Before adding Mozzarella cheese,
sprinkle 1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni on circles.
Sausage Pizza: Before adding Mozzarella cheese, sprin-
kle 2 cups cut up Brown 'N Serve sausages on circles.
