CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE|
12 oz. spaghetti
1 medium onion
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 stick oleo
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Boil chicken; remove from water. Cook spaghetti in
chicken water. Brown onion and bell pepper in oleo. Add
tomatoes and soup. Mix with spaghetti. Grate cheese and
sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until
cheese melts and is bubbly.
