BAKED FISH

1 lb. fish filets (scrod or
sole)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
parsley flakes

Place fish in a greased baking pan. Mix butter, lemon
juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion, bread crumbs and cheese
together. Spoon this mixture over the fish and then sprinkle
with parsley flakes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake fish for 10
to 15 minutes, until fish is done. You can test doneness by
checking with a fork to see if the fish flakes. Makes 2
generous servings.
Old fashioned beef stew is great but it really is a pain
getting it seasoned just right. One thing it has going for it
is that it's a one dish meal. Try this recipe, it's quite
satisfying.
