ENCHILADAS

3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion powder or to
taste
1 tsp. garlic powder or to
taste
dash of salt
dash of pepper
hot sauce or picante sauce to
taste

In saucepan mix ingredients. Mix together and simmer
while making enchiladas.

Enchiladas:
Brown 1 1/2 pounds hamburger. Drain. Dip tortillas
into very hot grease until soft (few seconds each side). Roll
meat into tortillas. Place side by side in baking dish. Top
with shredded cheese (Cheddar, American, Velveeta or any
combination). Pour part of sauce over top of enchiladas. Heat
in 400 degrees oven until cheese melts and enchiladas heated through.
Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped onions, tomatoes and
remaining sauce. Makes 12 enchiladas.
