PORK LO MEIN|
1 lb. boneless pork
1/4 lb. bok choy
1/4 lb. shredded bamboo shoots
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1/4 chicken broth
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and
oiled with 1 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Slice pork into 1/4-inch bite-size strips. Slice bok
choy diagonally into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place oil into
heated wok. Add garlic, stir-fry a few seconds. Add bok choy
and bamboo shoots, stir-fry 2 minutes. Add meat and 1 table-
spoon soy sauce, stir-fry until meat changes color. Add bean
sprouts and stir-fry 1 minute. Remove mixture from wok reserv-
ing drippings in wok. Add spaghetti, 3 tablespoons soy sauce,
sesame seed oil and stock, heat thoroughly. Add meat and
vegetable mixture. Toss thoroughly.
