CHEESY BEEFY BAKE

1 large bag frozen potato
rounds
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen chopped
broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 small can Durkee fried onion
rings
1 medium fresh tomato, chopped

Line bottom and sides of large casserole pan with potato
rounds. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, brown hamburger
in skillet in chunks. Mix can of soup with milk; add 1/2 cup
grated cheese and spices. When potatoes are cooked, pour
hamburg mixture over them. Sprinkle with broccoli, tomato and
1/2 can onion rings. Spread soup mixture over all and bake,
covered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover; top with
remaining cheese and onion rings and bake 5 minutes longer.
