CHEESE POTATO BAKE|
6 medium potatoes (Russet)
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Boil potatoes (in skins) until tender. Mash cooked
potatoes with sour cream. Stir in Cheddar cheese and bacon,
add salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake uncovered for
35 to 40 minutes. Top with additional bacon if preferred.
