BEANS AND HAM

2 lb. pinto beans
2 to 3 ham hocks, cut up
3 slices boneless ham
(3/4-inch thick, cubed)
6 cloves garlic, minced

Soak beans overnight. Rinse and put in 5 quart crock
pot with hocks, ham and garlic. Cook on high 6 to 8 hours.
Serve in bowl with flour tortilla or make a burro with cheese.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes and more grated cheese.
